Position Description

UT Health Cedar Creek Lake in beautiful Gun Barrel City, Texas (55 mi to Tyler/58 mi to Dallas) is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join the fast-growing family of UT Health East Texas hospitals and clinics.

About the Position:

  • Patient Load of roughly 18-22 daily
  • Located 24 miles from UT Health Athens campus.
  • EMR: EPIC
  • M-F 8am to 5pm schedule
  • X-ray and Lab onsite
